As I’ve said already, swapping unhealthier foods for similar healthier ones is one of the best things you can do if you’re trying to become healthier. It’s simple. The only change I would make is swap pasta for spaghetti squash! I love it so much.

Call me insane, but this is actually how I stay sane! I monitor my progress toward embracing a new healthy lifestyle by keeping close records of how I spend my day. I also set goals, record my measurements, and give myself rewards for goals reached.
